How engagements work

Discovery call
Thirty minutes, free. You describe the system and the decision you are facing; I tell you whether I can help and what it would take.
Scope
A written scope with deliverables, timeline and price before any work starts. Fixed price for reviews and designs, retainer for ongoing work.
Agreement
NDA on request, a short services agreement, and access to the repositories and diagrams I need.
Delivery
Written deliverables, a walkthrough with your team, and the option of implementation through my network of senior engineers with me as technical lead.
